HHRMA Hotel Bali – The Backyard Bingin
The Backyard Bingin is a private 7 bedrooms villa in Pecatu managed by Secluded Bali Villas (SBV). We are looking for a dynamic HOUSEKEEPING to join us.
Responsibilities: Work with SBV management to ensure operational tasks essential to the smooth running of the villa, and guest satisfaction are carried accurately and on time.
Training and leadership will be provided by Secluded Bali Villas.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experiences in villa/hotel.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of safety and security procedures.
- Able to join immediately
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain guest rooms in accordance with villa and guest standards
- Keeps facilities and common areas clean and well maintained, cleaning with appropriate equipment
- Clean cleaning equipment and ensure that the villa is well-stocked with essential items, including toiletries, linens, cleaning supplies, and refreshments
- Carrying out waste management.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve their issues with the Villa Manager / Assistant Villa Manager
