Nestled in the serene heart of Ubud, surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, The Ashva Resort Ubud is a four-star resort that harmoniously blends modern design with the warm elegance of Balinese culture.
As we prepare for our pre-opening phase, we are inviting passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:
- Assistant Chief Engineering
- Assistant Housekeeping Manager
General Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork spirit with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt in a pre-opening environment.
- Familiar with VHP System
- Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud.
- Can Join Immediately
Specific Requirements:
Assistant Chief Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Experienced in preventive maintenance programs, energy efficiency, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiar with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance (STP, WTP, genset, HVAC, etc.).
- Capable of leading and motivating the engineering team during pre-opening setup and operational readiness.
Assistant Housekeeping Manager
- Experienced in managing room and public area cleanliness to 4-star resort standards.
- Strong understanding of SOP development, inventory control, and team scheduling.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining aesthetic and hygiene standards.
- Able to train, supervise, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
