- CLUSTER E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of OTA extranets, Google Analytics, SEO, and CMS platforms
- A proactive mindset, eye for detail, and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Manage relationships with OTAs and third-party distributors
- RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
- 1 year of experience in F&B or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hotel service standards
- Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure service excellence
- Good communication and organizational skills
- RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER
- 1 year of experience in F&B or as senior staff
- Ability to guide and support daily team operations
- Hands-on in service, with attention to guest satisfaction
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and proactive in assisting supervisor/management
