QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management in the wedding and MICE segments (1).
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, emergency response, and investigative techniques. Holds a valid GADA Utama certification (2).
  • Detail-oriented with solid experience in managing housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high luxury service standards (3).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in the luxury hospitality industry (4).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruitment strategies, and employee relations (5).
  • Strong knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and pest control (6).
  • Track record of enhancing guest satisfaction through consistent service quality and personalized dining experiences (7).
  • Proficient in pricing strategy, forecasting, distribution channel management and strong analytical thinking (8).
  • Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, and cost control processes (11, 12, 13, 14).
  • Deep knowledge of meat preparation, portioning and efficient knife skills and butchering techniques (13).
  • Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (25, 26).
  • Familiar with OPERA System (1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 16, 18, 19, 20), Micros Symphony (7, 22, 23) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
  • Good English literate, both written and oral.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, energetic and positive individual.
  • Good command of English.
