QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Detail-oriented with solid experience in managing housekeeping teams, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high luxury service standards (2).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in the luxury hospitality industry (3).
  • Strong knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and pest control (4).
  • Track record of enhancing guest satisfaction through consistent service quality and personalized dining experiences (5).
  • Proven experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused kitchen with strong leadership and meat preparation skills (6, 9).
  • Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, and cost control processes (6, 7, 8, 9).
  • Deep knowledge of meat preparation, portioning and efficient knife skills and butchering techniques (8).
  • Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (18, 19).
  • Familiar with OPERA System (1, 2, 3,11, 13, 14), Micros Symphony (10, 16) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
  • Good English literate, both written and oral.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, energetic and positive individual.
  • Good command of English.
