SEVN Legian Hotel is a four stars hotel located in Legian area, are looking for talented candidate to fill in the position:

  1. RESERVATION

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Reservation or Front Office in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Familiar with Extranet and able to manage room availability & rates on OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).
  • Good understanding of OTA, Travel Agent, and Wholesaler booking processes.
  • Able to handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with excellent accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation systems/PMS.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional appearance and attitude.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field (2)
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Well organized with the ability to be flexible, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and to work under challenge
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (2)
  • Able join immediately
