SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta is 5-Star International Chain Hotels located in Ubud –Bali, is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and professional people to be a part of our dynamic and energetic team to occupy the following positions:

  1. Cluster Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s client base within Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, conduct negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach, while upselling relevant services to maximize revenue.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a 4 & 5-star hotel environment, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully targeting in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries market.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in highly pressurized environments.
  • Strong organizational, proactive, excellent communication, and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to adapt sales strategies in a dynamic market environment.
  1. Cluster Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce innovative visual concepts and branding assets for the hotels, including brochures, promotional materials, social media content, digital ads, and website visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative work reflects brand standards and appeals to target audiences.
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions for events, campaigns, and hotel communications across various platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and hospitality branding practices to maintain a fresh and competitive visual identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in creative output.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, branding, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt designs to diverse needs and feedback.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and innovative concepts to life.
  1. Cluster Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email marketing to boost brand visibility and drive occupancy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage and update the hotels’ websites and social media platforms with fresh, engaging content, promotions, and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with brand positioning and overall marketing objectives.
  • Keep pace with the latest industry trends, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital innovations to strengthen the hotels’ competitive presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality or travel sector (fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and managing digital campaigns that delivered measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and content performance strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
