SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta is 5-Star International Chain Hotels located in Ubud –Bali, is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and professional people to be a part of our dynamic and energetic team to occupy the following positions :

Cluster Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s client base within Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, conduct negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach, while upselling relevant services to maximize revenue.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a 4 & 5-star hotel environment, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully targeting in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries market.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in highly pressurized environments.
  • Strong organizational, proactive, excellent communication, and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to adapt sales strategies in a dynamic market environment.

Cluster Creative Designer and Digital Marketing

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts and branding materials for the hotel, including brochures, banners, social media content, and website visuals.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email marketing to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the hotel’s branding and target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and update the hotel’s website and social media channels with fresh content, promotions, and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and design innovations to keep the hotel’s brand competitive.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creative design and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaigns, branding, and creative design work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends in digital media and hospitality industry branding.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms is a plus.
