We are looking for:

- 2 years experiences in the same field
- Good in English Written and Spoken
- Flexibility to respond to arrange of different work situations
- Able to work as a team and ability to work under pressure

- Engineering Supervisor
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Supervisory or leadership experience (1-3 years minimum).
- Familiarity with hotel-specific systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance tasks including electrical, lumbing. HVAC, carpentary and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment used in hotel operations.
- Proficiency with tools.
- Ability to manage, train and motivate a team of maintenance staff.
- Delegation of tasks and prioritization of projects.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies or spare parts as needed.
- Problem solving skills.
- Soft skills (effective communication with all the department related, detailed reports about
- maintenance tasks and outcomes).
- Customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with the unique requirements of the hospitality industry, including: guest service
- standards, the impact of maintenance work on guest satisfaction, emergency procedures specific to hotel.
