  1. Chief De Partie (CDP)

General Qualifications :

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position at a 4 or 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant.
  2. Strong knowledge and skills in culinary techniques (Western/Asian/Indonesian/Indian cuisine as required).
  3. Good understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).
  4. Capable of supervising and leading a small kitchen team within the assigned section.
  5. Able to work under pressure with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
  6. Discipline, responsible, and professional in attitude and performance.
  7. Creative, innovative, and passionate about the culinary industry.
  8. Willing to work in shifts and flexible with working hours.
  9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
