**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Passionate, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily F\&B operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, train, and motivate the F\&B team
- Maintain high quality and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service quality
