HHRMA Hotel Bali – Premier Umalas Villas
Premier Umalas Villa is currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all vendor invoices and company expenses are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify supporting documents (PO, PR, GRN, invoices, receipts) before processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare weekly or monthly payment schedules.
- Coordinate with purchasing and other departments regarding payment and invoice status.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role (experience in hospitality is a plus).
- Familiar with VHP System – required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Honest, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
