- FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Having minimal 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Graduated from A degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is often preferred, but experience can be just as valuable.
- Having a good Leadership and Management
- Familiar and able to control Budgeting, cost control, and understanding profit and loss statements.
- Knowing about Food Safety and Hygiene
- Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and optimizing service flow.
- Providing excellent service, handling customer complaints, and building customer loyalty.
- Able to have a Effectively communicating with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Able for Creating appealing and profitable menus
- Staying up-to-date with trends and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Having Progressing through roles like server, bartender, or cook can provide valuable practical experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Embrace technology and utilize relevant software.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Able to operate VHP system
- Able to join immediately.
