We are currently seeking a Housekeeper with excellent receptionist skills to join our team
Position: Housekeeper with reception duty
Location: Ponder Bali, Pererenan
Requirements:
- Able to join immediately
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about facilities and services.
- Handle reservations, confirm guest details, and assign rooms as per their preferences.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
