PANDAWA CLIFF ESTATE – We are a well-established estate with a wedding venue located on the Pandawa beach cliff top, currently looking for a potential candidate to join our busy estate and become part of the best villa/estate team. The details are as follows:

  1. ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Description:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for the villa’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular checks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure proper function.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests or operational staff.
  • Keep maintenance records and report any major issues to the Engineering Supervisor.
  • Ensure tools, spare parts, and maintenance areas are clean, organized, and in good condition.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality or property industry.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and building maintenance.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  1. Daily Worker (DW) Kitchen Team

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall kitchen operations in the villa.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in using a wok.
  • Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team preferred.
  • Able to work in a flexible and adaptive environment.
