Padmasari Resort Lovina is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are committed, responsible, and ready to contribute to the growth and development of our resort.
1. Resort Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 26 years old
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree (Hospitality preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in a hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance
- Able to prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
- Knowledge in cost control, budgeting, and revenue analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High integrity, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets
2. Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 26 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for hotels/resorts
- Strong network with travel agents, OTA, wholesalers, corporate accounts
- Able to develop sales strategies and marketing plans to increase revenue
- Understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and OTA optimization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
- Target-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to build business relationships
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
3. Agriculture Supervisor (Plantation Division)
(For candidates with IPB Agriculture Background or equivalent)
Qualifications:
- Graduate from IPB University – Agriculture Faculty
(Agronomy, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Plantation Management, etc.) - Minimum age 26 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plantation, agriculture, or crop management
- Knowledge in:
- Plantation operations
- Crop planning & land preparation
- Fertilization scheduling
- Pest & disease control
- Able to lead and supervise plantation field workers
- Strong understanding of soil analysis, irrigation systems, and seedling preparation
- Able to create production reports and operational planning
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to work actively in the field
- Basic–intermediate English communication
- Willing to work in Padmasari’s plantation operational area
