Mira Hotel & Recovery is a luxury boutique hotel located in the Bingin area, Pecatu, Badung.
We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team for the following positions:
- Junior Operational Manager (Female)
- Daily Worker – Housekeeping Attendant ( Female)
Requirements:
For Operational Manager, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position within a boutique or wellness hotel, with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should have excellent English (spoken and written), be detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to coordinate efficiently across departments. A proactive attitude, confidence, and service-mindedness are highly valued.
For Daily Worker Housekeeping, candidates should be well-groomed, disciplined, and have a strong sense of cleanliness and teamwork. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is an advantage. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
