QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactively leads floor operations to ensure consistent service quality.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times.
