Mahajiva is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Staff to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has hands-on technical knowledge, particularly in pool treatment and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge and experience in pool treatment & maintenance is required
- Familiar with electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair for villa facilities
- Carry out daily pool water quality checks and treatments
- Ensure all technical equipment operates efficiently and safely
- Handle minor electrical and plumbing works
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules and treatments
