Requirements:
For Assistant Manager Level (1–5)
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in a similar position within a luxury resort or lifestyle venue.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with a hands-on management approach.
- Strong operational knowledge in respective departments and the ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team.
- Passionate, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
For Supervisor Level (6–9)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end hospitality or entertainment establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain smooth daily operations with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a pre-opening environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
For Staff Level (10–27)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, or lifestyle venue.
- Energetic personality, team-oriented, and highly motivated to learn and grow in a pre-opening team.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and flexible schedule.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
