HHRMA Hotel Bali – Kuta Seaview Beach Resort
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Rosso Vivo Restaurant in Kuta, Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu development, and food quality, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and team morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create and implement new menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles that showcase the restaurant’s culinary expertise.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and excellent customer service.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other kitchen expenses to maintain profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in a restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary Skills: Strong culinary skills, with expertise in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Creativity: A creative and innovative approach to menu development and food presentation.
