- Sommelier
Qualifications :
- A minimum 3 years experience working in restaurants, bars, or hotels in food and beverage roles
- Certified Sommelier (CMS), WSET Level 2 or 3
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Excellence English cummunication skill
- Strong kknowledge of the wine list and beverage list
- Familiarity with wine service etiquette (opening, decanting, pouring)
- Konwledge of wine pairing expertise
- Sauté Cook – Chef de Partie
Qualifications :
- 3–5 years in a hot kitchen, with at least 1–2 years as Demi CDP or CDP.
- Strong skills in sauté methods, pan control, timing, seasoning, and plating.
- Experience in à la carte and high-turnover standalone outlets.
- Able to supervise commis and maintain station mise-en-place standards.
- Grill Cook – Chef de Partie
Qualifications :
- 3–5 years in a grill station (steakhouse, resort, or high-volume kitchen).
- Knowledge of meat doneness, resting, marination, and grill maintenance.
- Familiar with seafood grilling and live fire/charcoal handling.
- Able to train and lead junior staff on the station.
- Tournant Cook – Demi Chef (Relief Cook / Floating)
Qualifications :
- 2–4 years in various kitchen sections (hot, grill, fry, or cold).
- Flexible and able to cover multiple stations with short notice.
- Strong fundamentals of cooking, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Experience in a high-volume or hotel kitchen is preferred.
- Cold Kitchen – Commis (Garde Manger)
Qualifications :
- 1–2 years in cold kitchen or F&B production.
- Knowledge of salads, canapés, dressings, sandwiches, cold cuts, and garnishes.
- Basic knife skills and plating aesthetics.
- Understanding of HACCP and product freshness handling.
- Tandoori Cook – Commis
Qualifications :
- 1–3 years in an Indian kitchen, specifically tandoor operations.
- Skilled in handling tandoor oven, skewers, naan, roti, and kebab marination.
- Knowledge of spice handling and traditional techniques.
- Able to work under high heat and timing pressure.
- Curry Cook – Commis
Qualifications :
- 1–3 years experience in the Indian curry section or relevant cuisine.
- Understanding of spice tempering, curry base, simmering, and finishing.
- Knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curry production at volume.
- Familiar with hygiene standards and station mise-en-place.
- Order Taker
Qualifications :
- A minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creative and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality, a role model for the team
- Strong administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Prefareble male candidate with room attendant background
