Available Positions:
- Waiter (Staff)
- Waiter (Daily Worker)
- F&B Service Trainee
- Waiter (Staff)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in table setting, beverage refills, and table clearing
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality education is an advantage
- Prior experience in food & beverage or hotel operations is preferred
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation and team spirit
- Familiarity with VHP systemis an added advantage
- Waiter (Daily Worker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food and beverage service for guests
- Support team in table setup, drink refills, and dish clearing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Ensure efficient and friendly service throughout operations
- Assist with food running and order delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality/F&B is an advantage
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Familiarity with VHP systemis a plus
