Marcomm Executive (Staff)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Plan, develop, and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the hotel.
  2. Manage social media content, advertisements, and digital marketing activities.
  3. Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure brand consistency.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  2. Experienced in digital marketing, content creation, and ads management (Meta/Google).
  3. Creative, detail-oriented, and fluent in English both spoken and written.

Waitress (Daily Worker)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Provide excellent service to guests in the restaurant and bar area.
  2. Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in F&B service preferred (hotel/restaurant background).
  2. Good communication skills in English.
  3. Positive attitude, energetic, and customer service oriented.

Bell Driver (Daily Worker)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  2. Drive guests safely using hotel vehicles.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles.

Job Requirements:

  1. Hold a valid SIM A driving licenseand able to drive safely.
  2. Good knowledge of local routes and guest handling.
  3. Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.

Pastry Cook (Daily Worker)

Job Descriptions:

  1. Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
  2. Maintain product quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.
  3. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene & safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry or bakery section.
  2. Knowledge of pastry production techniques and ingredients.
  3. Creative, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Trainee – All Departments

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist in daily operational activities within the assigned department.
  2. Learn hotel procedures and service standards.
  3. Support the team in delivering excellent guest experiences.

Job Requirements:

  1. Active student or recent graduate from hospitality school/university.
  2. Willing to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
  3. Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork spirit.
