Guest Service Agent (Staff)

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently, ensuring accurate information, room allocation, and payment processing.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage room reservations, assignments, and special accommodations based on guest preferences and availability.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining recommendations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; redirect them as necessary to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles, generating reports, and record-keeping.
  • Operate the VHP system for room inventory and reservations management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma (hospitality or customer service certification is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a similar front desk or Guest Service Agent role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a guest-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Familiarity with VHP systemis highly preferred.

Bell Driver (Daily Worker)

Job Descriptions:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and transportation needs.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms with care and professionalism.
  • Provide guests with accurate information and recommendations on hotel services and nearby attractions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the bell desk and lobby area.
  • Coordinate guest transportation services such as taxi or shuttle bookings.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of guest items and luggage.
  • Consistently adhere to hotel standards, policies, and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Possession of valid SIM A & C driver’s licenseswith a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a bell driver or in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
  • Professional grooming and attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the local area and directions.
