General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to details.
- Good English literate, both oral & written.
