Requirements:
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury-resort setting. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
- Excellent communication, keen attention to detail, and proven leadership skills. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10)
- Minimum 2 years in the same role within a 5-star hotel or luxury brand; sound grasp of leisure-market trends and guest preferences. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10)
- Accredited culinary diploma (or equivalent) with strong pastry & kitchen fundamentals. (4)
- Proficient in VHP system, well-informed about local and national vendors, capable of negotiating, detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses strong communication and coordination skills. (6)
- Degree/certification in hospitality or wellness, plus 3-4 years’ spa/beauty experience (min. 2 years managerial). (7)
- Deep knowledge of spa treatments & therapies; multi-disciplinary beauty skills (hair, nail, facial) are an advantage. (8)
- Familiarity with spa operations and basic housekeeping procedures. (9)
- Valid security certification, 3+ years’ hotel-security experience; military background and fluent English preferred. (10)
- Experience as a Security Officer; high-school diploma, English proficiency, martial-arts/body-building skills valued. (11)
- Good personality, positive attitude, high motivation, and team spirit. (All positions)
