Staff
- Chef De Partie Pastry

General Qualifications for Chef De Partie Pastry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Pastry section) within a hotel or restaurant industry.
- Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry presentation.
- A team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Displays a positive attitude, discipline, and high commitment to work quality.
