HHRMA Hotel Bali – Glamp Nusa

Glamp Nusa is a stunning clifftop resort on Bali Southeast coast featuring 40 luxury tented villas. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, the specific location is at Sawangan, Nusa Dua. We are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position:

  1. DW Engineering
  2. DW Housekeeping
  3. Event Admin

General Qualifications for DW Engineering

  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
  • Minimal 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work independent and teamwork
  • Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not always required.
  • Understand safety procedures and regulations in maintenance work.
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., electrical or plumbing certifications) is a plus.

General Qualifications for DW Housekeeping

  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
  • Minimal 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work independent and teamwork
  • Clean guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to cleanliness standards.
  • Provide and replenish guest supplies as needed.
  • Work in accordance with operational standards and security protocols.
  • Able to work quickly, neatly, and carefully.

General Qualifications for Event Admin

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree).
  • Good communication skills, especially in English (additional foreign languages are a plus).
  • Familiar with administrative tools such as Google Workspace, Click Up and MEWS.
  • Thorough, organized, and capable of managing documents and event timelines effectively.
  • Ability to generate invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to arrange and coordinate site visits with clients and vendors.
  • Experience in handling events and weddings.
