- (DAILY WORKER) PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
General Requirements:
- Managerial positions require relevant professional experience and/or higher education in the related field.
- Daily Worker positions require minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Managers (Operational, Executive Chef, Purchasing, Accounting) must have solid experience in their specialty, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Daily Workers (Kids Club Attendant, Public Area Attendant) experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude, especially for guest-facing roles.
- Demonstrates discipline, reliability, good teamwork, and a high level of integrity.
- Able to follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays depending on operational needs.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks required by the role, from managerial duties to operational or cleaning tasks.
- Shows initiative, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
