General Qualifications:
- Proficient in reservation systems such as IDB
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional departments
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in reservation, e-commerce or customer service
- Excellence communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
