Cicada Resort Nusa Dua is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our upcoming luxury resort in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial success of a world-class destination from the ground up during its pre-opening phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the resort’s positioning and revenue goals
  • Lead the sales team in targeting key markets including leisure, corporate, MICE, and travel trade
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners, travel agents, and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a resort setting
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams
  • Strong network within the travel trade and corporate segments, both domestic and international
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Experience in pre-opening projects is highly desirable
