HHRMA Hotel Bali – Cicada Resort Nusa Dua
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of our upcoming luxury property in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and establish a strong brand presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, finance, HR, and guest services
- Lead the pre-opening strategy and execution, ensuring timely readiness and compliance
- Build and develop a passionate team aligned with brand values and service excellence
- Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or Operation Manager in upscale/luxury hospitality
- Strong pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market is a plus
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage
