Bumi Cinta Bali is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative & customer relations roles (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & reservation systems (Channel Manager, OTA).
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Capable of handling petty cash responsibly.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage guest reservations via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate room availability and booking confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on bookings and occupancy.
  • Assist with front office coordination and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and retreat facilitators to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
  • Available to join immediately.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary: IDR 2.996.561 / month (UMK Buleleng 2025)
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
  • All necessary administrative tools & equipment provided
