- Senior Sales Manager
- Head Host (Head Buttler)
Requirements:
Senior Sales Manager
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding and experience in e-commerce and digital sales strategies.
- Able to operate computer systems and CRM or sales-related applications.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Have a good personality, target-driven mindset, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong networking ability and client relationship management.
Head Host (Head Buttler)
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Proven 2 years of experience as a Head Butler, Duty Manager, or similar guest-facing role in luxury hospitality.
- Able to operate computer systems and guest service-related applications.
- Have a good personality, excellent grooming, and a service-minded attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Leadership experience in managing a small guest service or butler team.
