Bombora Medewi is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Guest Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in guest relations/fo, sales, or e-commerce, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Sales & E-commerce, or other guest-facing roles in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages and overseas experience are strong advantages.
  • Hospitality graduate preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • A proactive and organized individual with leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Supervise and motivate the Guest Service team to maintain Bombora’s high standards of hospitality.
  • Handle guest feedback, VIP requests, and special arrangements with professionalism and care.
  • Work closely with GM for Sales and E-commerce to enhance guest engagement and online reputation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the Bombora Medewi guest experience.
