Big Dragon Villas Ubud is a tranquil retreat nestled amidst the lush rice paddies of Pejeng Kawan, just outside the heart of Ubud, Bali.
We are hiring motivated and service-oriented individual for the following position;
GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Handle general accounting tasks: journal entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage payroll administration, including attendance records, overtime, and statutory deductions
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies
- Support the Finance Manager or Villa Manager in audits and other finance-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in hotel/villa operations preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, etc.) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, honest, and highly organized
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
