HHRMA Hotel Bali – Big Dragon Villas Ubud

Big Dragon Villas Ubud is a tranquil retreat nestled amidst the lush rice paddies of Pejeng Kawan, just outside the heart of Ubud, Bali.

We are hiring motivated and service-oriented individual for the following position;

GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Handle general accounting tasks: journal entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Manage payroll administration, including attendance records, overtime, and statutory deductions
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies
  • Support the Finance Manager or Villa Manager in audits and other finance-related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in hotel/villa operations preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, etc.) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and highly organized
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
