Berlima Wooden Lodge is an eco-friendly retreat that combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Located just 5 minutes from Ubud Center, the lodge is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape while staying close to the heart of Ubud. Each room is designed to connect with nature, giving guests a warm, intimate, and unforgettable stay. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, and service-minded hospitality professionals to join us in the following positions:

  1. Food and Beverage Manager
  2. Quality Assurance For Food and Beverage
  3. Villa Coordinator
  4. E-Commerce
  5. Accounting
  6. Villa Attendant
  7. Cook
  8. Pool and Garden Attendant

Qualifications:

  1.  Excellent attitude and well groomed
  2.  Good in English both written and speaking
  3.  Have related educational background
  4.  Fresh graduated are welcome
  5.  For accounting familiar with accounting system (VHP,Excel,Word,etc) (5)
  6.  Minimal 6 months experience in hotel/villas industry (6,7,8)
  7.  Have a leadership skill (1,2,3)
  8.  Minimal 1 year experience as leader (1,2,3)
  9. Ability to analyze F&B performance and implement improvement strategies (1,2)
  10. Strong in SOP implementation and operational standardization for F&B (1,2)
  11. Creative and open-minded in menu planning, promotions, and guest experiences (1)
  12. Familiar with F&B software or POS systems (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) (1,2)
  13. Target-oriented with focus on achieving operational goals (1,2)
  14. Good administration, organizational, and time-management skills (1,2,3,4)
  15. 1 year of experience in e-commerce, OTA management, or hotel reservations. (8)
  16. Good knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.). (8)
  17. Familiar with reservation procedures, room types, and booking policies. (8)
  18. Detail-oriented in handling reservation input and guest data. (8)
  19. Ability to use VHP (PMS) and STAAH (Channel Manager) is an advantage. (8)
  20. Able to join immediately
