Berlima Wooden Lodge is an eco-friendly retreat that combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Located just 5 minutes from Ubud Center, the lodge is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape while staying close to the heart of Ubud. Each room is designed to connect with nature, giving guests a warm, intimate, and unforgettable stay. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, and service-minded hospitality professionals to join us in the following positions:

  1. Corporate Food and Beverage Manager
  2. Corporate Room Division Manager
  3. Area Manager
  4. Corporate Quality Assurance
  5. Corporate E-commerce
  6. Villa Coordinator
  7. Villa Attendant
  8. Gardener

Qualifications:

  1. Having minimum 1 year experience in similar positions
  2. Positive attitude
  3. Have a leadership skill (1,2,3,4,6)
  4. Ability to analyze F&B performance and implement improvement strategies (1,2)
  5. Strong in SOP implementation and operational standardization for F&B (1,2)
  6. Creative and open-minded in menu planning, promotions, and guest experiences (1)
  7. Familiar with F&B software or POS systems (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) (1,2)
  8. Target-oriented with focus on achieving operational goals
  9. 1 year of experience in e-commerce, OTA management, or hotel reservations. (5)
  10. Good knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.). (5)
  11. Familiar with reservation procedures, room types, and booking policies. (5)
  12. Detail-oriented in handling reservation input and guest data. (5)
  13. Ability to use VHP (PMS) and STAAH (Channel Manager) is an advantage. (5)
  14. Good administration, organizational, and time-management skills
  15. Excellent attitude and well groomed
  16. Good in English both written and speaking
  17. Confidence highly motivated passionately work in Super Team
  18. Excellence communication and great interpersonal skills
  19. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork
  20. Able to join immediately
