Berlima Wooden Lodge is an eco-friendly retreat that combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Located just 5 minutes from Ubud Center, the lodge is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape while staying close to the heart of Ubud. Each room is designed to connect with nature, giving guests a warm, intimate, and unforgettable stay. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, and service-minded hospitality professionals to join us in the following positions:
- Corporate Food and Beverage Manager
- Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Villa Cordinator
- Villa Attendant
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and well groomed
- Good in English both written and speaking
- Have related educational background
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Minimum 2 year experience in similar position (Villa or Resort)
- Have a leadership skill (1,2)
- Minimal 1 year experience as leader (1,2)
- Ability to analyze F&B performance and implement improvement strategies (1,2)
- Strong in SOP implementation and operational standardization for F&B (1,2)
- Creative and open-minded in menu planning, promotions, and guest experiences (1)
- Familiar with F&B software or POS systems (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) (1,2)
- Target-oriented with focus on achieving operational goals (1,2)
- Good administration, organizational, and time-management skills
- Able to join immediately
