AYA Suasana is a new collection of private pool villas located in the heart of Pecatu, Bali. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team in the following Staff positions:
- Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant
- Butler
- Cook
- Engineering
Role Requirements
- Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
- 2+ years (Manager) or 1+ year (Assistant) in hospitality sales/marketing
- Experience with OTAs, digital marketing & social media
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Butler
- Minimum SMK/Diploma in Hospitality
- At least 1 year as Butler/F&B service/Front Office
- Knowledge of F&B service (basic mixology is a plus)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Cook
- SMK/Diploma in Culinary Arts
- At least 1 year experience in hotel/villa/restaurant kitchens
- Knowledge of Indonesian & Western cuisine
- Food hygiene and safety certification preferred
- Engineering
- SMK/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 year experience in property maintenance
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, AC, and pool maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance is a plus
General Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, team player
- Able to join immediately
