GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Has experience in the same position applied
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations
- Fluent in English
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset (2)
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (1)
- Knowledge of allergens and HACCP/FSMS standard procedure (1)
- Familiarity with stock control & manage food cost (1)
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn & develop
