Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to train and supervise housekeeping staff effectively.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning products.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
- Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of integrity and professional appearance.
