- Chief Accounting
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Accounting or 3 years as Senior Accountant/Accounting Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g. VHP, MYOB, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with hotel operations and the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor-related financial laws.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented, high integrity, and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
