The Arsana Estate – We are a seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Chef & Vila Supervisor to assist the villa manager to lead our villa team in Kaba Kaba area. VILLA SUPERVISOR
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa or hotel operations.
- Excellent communication in English
- Customer service-oriented with attention to details.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays based on operation needs.
- Oversee daily villa operations of the villa, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
- Supervised, coordinate and assisting villa staff, including housekeeping and butler service.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and special request to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor inventory, supplies and villa maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control to maintain operational efficiency.
VILLA CHEF
- 3+ years of experience in similar position
- Associate degree in culinary arts preferred
- Strong attention to details
- Creative
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Plan and organize daily meal preparation for all villa guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage food inventory (if any), storage, and ordering supplies when needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements and guest preferences.
