- Reservation Officer
- Front Office – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or related field is an advantage (1). High school diploma or equivalent (2).
- Experience: Experience in Reservations at the hospitality field (1). Experience in Front Office operations at hospitality field (2).
- Skills: Strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently (1). Good communication skills, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities (2).
- Attributes: Professional appearance, customer-oriented attitude, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work under pressure and on shifts including weekends and holidays (1). Professional appearance, good customer service, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (2).
