- Male or Female.
- Has experience in Reservation
- Well Knowledge of OTA extranet platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.)
- Familiar with Channel Manager and PMS systems
- Able to handle reservations via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, and good follow-up skills
- Good appearance and positive attitude
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Able to join immediately
