LUMA VILLAS ULUWATU is seeking an Experienced Senior Finance/Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles (real estate or construction industry is a plus).
- Holding Tax Brevet A and B certifications is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision; prior experience in hybrid or remote roles is a strong advantage.
- Experience with international transactions, cross-border finance, or investor reporting is highly valued.
- Own a personal laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping, record income and expenses, and ensure accurate financial entries.
- Prepare internal financial reports, including cashflow statements, profit & loss (P&L), and balance sheets, to support decision-making and investor updates.
- Develop financial forecasts, budget tracking, and project-based financial planning to ensure strong cash management and predictability.
- Support tax planning, anticipate implications of business decisions, and coordinate with external advisors.
- Work closely with our accounting & tax partner to provide documentation and support for tax compliance and reporting.
Salary:
Competitive salary from IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 12,000,000, (depends on the experience).
