- VILLA ATTENDANT (to be placed at Villa Bunga Wangi-Pererenan)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the villa
- Able to work independently
- Service Oriented
- Proactive and motivated
- Fluent English
- Team Player attitude
- Have experience working in Privagte villa is a Plus
- Local Person from Pererenan is our first priority
- RESERVATION AGENT (to be placed at Head Office)
Responsibilities:
- Handle villa reservations inquiries via our integrated reservations system, chat, email and/or phone from point of inquiry to closure.
- Manage daily reservation operations to achieve sales targets & service levels.
- Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Accommodation reservation & sales experience
- Enjoy interaction with customers
- Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
- Excellent English – written and spoken
- Strong customer service history
- Have Expereince working in Villa Management Reservation is A Plus
