Titik Dua, an independent boutique hotel in Peliatan Village-Ubud, is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill available position as below:

  1. Operations Manager
  2. Front Office Manager
  3. Retail Attendant
  4. Steward – Daily Worker
  5. Security – Daily Worker
  6. Engineering – Daily Worker

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry. (1)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multiple departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and Back Office operations. (1)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within boutique luxury, design-led hotels or lifestyle-oriented properties. (2)
  • A passion for service excellence rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest needs. (2)
  • Guest-oriented and Service-minded (3)
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems, particularly VHP, is an advantage (3)
  • Knowledge of consignment, inventory management, and retail administration is preferred (3)
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry (3-6)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. (3-6)
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment including the use of cleaning chemicals and tools. (4)
  • Proficiency in operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing techniques for delicate items. (4)
  • Certified Gada Pratama (5)
  • Strong observational and surveillance skills (5)
  • Good presentation skills and confidence (5)
  • Knowledge of basic civil engineering tasks (6)
  • Proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment (6)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (1-6)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (1-6)
  • Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker (1-6)
